All our wreaths are despatched on a 3-5 business day, signed for delivery service.
All wreaths are supplied packaged in a large heavy duty cardboard box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery charge for any single wreath is £10 to UK mainland.
Each wreath is despatched in its own box. The delivery charge applies to each wreath.
RETURN REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 24 Hours from placement of order to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You must notify us via email .
We regret that we cannot guarantee any refunds will be made if we receive notification of a cancelled order after the 24 hour cancellation period has expired.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will either give you a full refund on return of the damaged goods, or send you a replacement. All orders are supplied on tracked delivery, you have 24 hours from receipt of your order to notify us of any damage. You must inform us within the 24 hour period, if for any reason you notify us after 24 hours we cannot issue a refund or replacement. For returns, please call us to arrange for a collection as soon as you can. Alternatively, to speed up this process, please email with a photo of the damage and we will advise you on how to proceed.
Please be aware that if you send the item back without notifying us prior to postage, you may experience additional delays in receiving your refund.
How do I return my item?
If you wish to return your item, please make sure that it is returned in it’s original packaging. Please ensure that you include the order number and your name and address inside the package. Otherwise your replacement or refund may be delayed.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
We will refund you in full (the cost of the item plus and agreed delivery costs) once we have received the returned package and processed it back into our warehouse, crediting back to you through the same method by which you originally paid. We endeavour to pay all refunds within 14 days of receipt of goods.
